How do I check the status of an order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information either in your email or through your Hope's dispensary account that you created with your order.
How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped--please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, all domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days!
CURRENT SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE
USPS Shipping – Retail shipping will all be sent USPS First Class if it is less than 1lb and USPS Priority if it is over 1lb.
USPS First Class Mail – Transit times are typically up to 14 business days but may arrive later depending on the carrier. If order is less than 1lbs we will ship with first class.
FedEx Shipping – Orders will typically arrive between 3 to 7 days once in the hands of FedEx but can run longer.
FedEx Overnight – Orders made before 1pm EST will be overnighted and scheduled for delivery the following business day. This option is only available Monday through Thursday. FedEx Orders with this selection on Thursday must be done before 1:00 pm EST or they will not ship out until Monday Overnight does not travel or deliver on weekends.
VAPE SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act is a US law that prohibits the use of the US Postal Service (USPS) to deliver tobacco products. In December 2020, the PACT Act was amended to define all vape products as tobacco – making it illegal for USPS to transport all things vapor between states.
Common couriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. have stated that they will prohibit merchants from using their services to send vape products.
First passed in 2009, the PACT Act was created to block the shipment of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products via the US Postal Service. The Pact Act was recently amended to modify to the original definition of “cigarette” to include Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS).
The term “ENDS” includes all vaping products and accessories, even if they don’t contain nicotine. This applies to zero-nicotine e-liquids, tobacco free nicotine e-cigs, and CBD/THC vape pens, among other products.
ENDS is defined as “any electronic device that, through an aerosolized solution, delivers nicotine, flavor, or any other substance to the user inhaling from the device,” and this includes “an e-cigarette; an e-hookah; an e-cigar; a vape pen; an advanced refillable personal vaporizer; an electronic pipe; and any component, liquid, part, or accessory of a device described [above], without regard to whether the component, liquid, part, or accessory is sold separately from the device.”
DELIVERY DAYS
These services are delivered Monday-Friday. Weekend deliveries and pickups are not available at this time.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Hurricane Ida is currently causing hazardous conditions across the U.S. which has resulted in disruptions to USPS & FedEx operations. Delivery times may be delayed as a result of these disruptions. Please note the estimated delivery times listed on our website may not reflect these delays accordingly. If your tracking number does not show an error on the carrier’s website, we consider your shipment to still be en route.
We appreciate your understanding as we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times are not guaranteed.Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. Carrier times vary due to the COVID protocols.
Some orders may be subject to additional verification which can cause slightly longer processing times. In the event your order requires additional verification, our staff will reach out to you via the phone number or email provided on the order. Please be patient as these procedures are put in place to provide an extra measure of security to both you and our business alike. INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
Orders typically ship from within 1-4 business days via USPS. If, after ordering, we discover an item is illegal in your state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
